How much will I pay?

Refer to ‘PRICING’ page however more often than not our services come with a set fee so you know exactly what you’re paying, supposed to an hourly rate that isn’t always clear and can occur other costs. Very rarely will we choose to charge on an hourly rate basis. The only occasion we may is if the clean requires a little bit more time and muscle to complete. 

How long will it take? And do I need to stay?

It can vary depending on the service requested, however a time will be roughly provided when a booking is being arranged. You can simply meet us there to let us in or provide a key press code/safe place and we can get started. No need to wait around, just meet us when we’re done which we'll let you know a time. We like you to meet us on completion so we can ensure you're full satisfied before we go. 

How do I pay?

At the point of book we require a £25 booking fee paid via transfer (details will be provided upon booking) for all our services. The remainder of the fee is payable either by cash or transfer upon completion of the clean, same day. 

Can I meet my cleaner before they start/I book?

Absolutely! A meeting can always be arranged to meet and talk through the service. We understand getting on with your cleaner is equally as important as the service we provide. More often than not, we like to introduce ourselves before we start, run through the service & get an idea of your property.

Do I have to provide the cleaning equipment/products?

No, everything is provided by us and at no extra cost. However, if there is something specific you would wish for us to use, we are more than happy to use that instead, if it is provided. The only thing we need you to provide is running water (hot and cold) and electricity.

Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, we are fully covered and therefore so are you… we do prefer to clean, suppose to break things

What happens if I need to cancel?

Somethings things happen and we get that. If the cancelation is over 48hr then  your £25 deposit is paid back. However to ensure no deposit is lost, you can always rearrange to an alternative date.
